Age Finder Online targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA and aims to make every calculator understandable and operable across devices and input methods.
Accessibility target
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the design and testing target. A target is not a claim that every page works perfectly with every browser, device, disability, and assistive-technology combination. Accessibility is treated as continuing product work, and a reported barrier is investigated as a functional defect.
Structure and keyboard operation
Pages use landmarks, one clear H1, logical headings, persistent form labels, linked error messages, visible focus indicators, native controls where practical, and keyboard-accessible dialogs. A skip link moves directly to the main content, and interactive controls are kept in a predictable reading order.
Results and equivalent information
Calculation updates use text and status announcements rather than relying on animation. Visual metrics, progress indicators, charts, and calendar views include equivalent text and do not rely on color alone. Important assumptions and limits remain available in print and downloaded result content where the format supports them.
Display preferences and responsive use
The interface supports light and dark themes, browser zoom, narrow-screen reflow, touch operation, and reduced-motion preferences. Core input and result content should remain readable without horizontal page scrolling at supported mobile widths.
Testing approach
Automated accessibility checks cover common semantic and contrast problems, while browser testing checks keyboard flow, focus, responsive layout, status messages, and obvious overlap. Automated tools cannot establish complete conformance, so user reports and manual review remain necessary.
Known limitations
Browser-native date and time controls can differ across operating systems and assistive technologies. Downloaded images are visual exports and may not carry the same semantic structure as the webpage; use copy or print when accessible text is required. External source pages are controlled by their publishers.

Email support@agefinderonline.net with the page, task, browser, device, assistive technology, and barrier. You do not need to disclose personal calculator inputs. If possible, describe what you expected the control to announce or allow you to do.
What happens next
The report is reproduced and prioritized by its effect on completing the task. A fix is checked in the affected mode and nearby responsive layouts before publication. If an immediate fix is unavailable, the team documents the limitation and provides an accessible alternative when possible.
